We journey through time and space working together with the unseen, unconscious, deep/depth parts of the self/soul and spirit. “Somatic” derives from the Greek word ‘soma’ meaning body. This work is offered virtually and in person through quantum touch and body talk therapy which means that the body, spirit and your soul are included in the talk aspect of traditional therapy.  We connect with higher guidance, working in union with great spirit, Mother Earth, Father Sky (Source) and your team of light, angels, ancestry and guides. In this work the body, mind, emotions and sense of spirit are inseparable so all are acknowledged – the body is the starting point rather than the thinking mind in order to get you out of your head and in tune with what you are experiencing. Instead of talking about an emotion, we resource the experience of that emotion/feeling and engage it directly, compassionately. Instead of talking about issues, we engage with them in the body, within the literal “tissues” (muscle/fascia/meridians/organs) practicing & weaving in presence.
